Pelican Landing, Bonita Springs, Florida
IMPORTANT NOTICE New Tenative Scheudle July 18, 2010 To All Unit Owners: RE: Replacement Roof Project Please be advised that the Roof Replacement Project is tentatively scheduled for July 27. This date will depend on Colonial Roofing’s current project completion and/or any weather issues that come up. Colonial Roofing has mapped out the best course for which buildings will be completed over the next 120 days. Colonial will be given the use of the two 4 spot parking areas in between buildings 24821 and 24809 to store supplies. They will also construct a fence around these supplies and will barricade the other 4 spot parking area to park their crane. Please understand that this area will not be able to be used for guest parking during this time frame. There will be porta potties placed around the neighborhood for the Colonial Roofing personnel as well as dumpsters to contain the debris. These dumpsters are NOT to be used by any unit owner. The upper units of all buildings will be inspected on the inside and it is imperative that we have key to these units. If you have not given keys to a board member or the Management company, then please arrange to get a key in as soon as possible. Please understand that NO workers are to be asked any questions. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Carolyn Oppie of Sandcastle Community Management who can be reached at 239-596-7200. This process will be a tear down and replacement will get dusty and dirty and we appreciate your patience during this construction process. Please also review the attached information sheet “What to Expect” to help better inform you of this process. Thank you Carolyn S. Lakemont Cove
is a community of condominiums surrounded on three side by a picturesque lake. Units are arranged around atrium courtyards which allow natural light to penetrate and provide semi-private entrances to each unit. The two and three bedroom units have windows on all four sides which gives them a detatched feel. All units also have attached garages with direct access. A clubhouse just for Lakemont Cove residents has a heated pool, spa and exercise facilities. Developed by Centex Homes in 1992 it was the first multi family neighborhood in Pelican Landing.
